Recruitment Process

We will arrange an appointment with you to understand your hiring requirements and assist you in the selection of foreign worker(s).

·  Bio-data of workers will be presented. Phone interview will be conducted.

·  If necessary, we will arrange and provide the facilities for your representatives to select the workers in various particular countries and cities of your choice.

·  We assist to make all necessary arrangements for the $ 5,000/- worker's security bond for each and every worker recruited for your company.

·  We will proceed to prepare an In-Principal Approval for you, which takes one day, once you have confirmed your hiring decision on a worker. However, should the application need further verifications from the authorities, all documents shall be made available so that the approvals can be obtained in the shortest possible time.

·  It will usually takes around 2 weeks to deliver the worker.

·  Our operation crew will fetch them from the airport and send them for full medical checkup. Any workers who are certified " unfit for work" by the registered doctor after the arrival in Singapore shall be sent back to the country of origin at our cost.

·  In cases where lodging is required, our operation crew will arrange for accommodation nearest to the workplace or will send them to the destination that is determined by the employer company. The worker will be brought to you for orientation on the Singapore Laws, customs, hostel rules, local bus service and MRT systems and the employer company's regulations.

·  Within 3 weeks after the commencement of work, our operation crew will arrange to bring the worker for taking of thumb print at WPSC. We will then handover the worker's passport to you for safekeeping and as security for good behavior and performance during their entire period of employment with the company
