How long can I get the worker after selection?

> About 2 - 3 weeks.

Can you guarantee the skill & character of the worker?
> We will provide replacement if the worker does not match your requirement. As replacement take both ours time and effort, we will try our best to interview and select the most suitable worker. Your expertise in testing the worker skill & character is most recommended during the interview.


What if the workers we get from your company is problematic?
> With your permission, we organize regular visit and meeting with the workers to understand their problems and concerns.
We will provide further training and counseling with the worker. If the worker do not respond positively, we will provide replacement. We are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of our customer's data.

Will your company help to repatriate workers?
> Our company shall arrange for the repatriation of workers if they are involved in illegal activities, misconduct, non performance or failure of the medical examination or the end of the contractual period of the work permit. 

Can I hold back a portion of the worker salary as retention?
> No, it is against the Singapore employment act.

Can I lend my FW to other company?
> No, it is against the Singapore employment act.

Can I house the worker in factory?
> No. It against the Singapore law.

How much can I get if I get workers from you?
> It is against Singapore law to get kick-back for getting the workers through us. As the money you will get from the kick-back usually come from the worker!
